Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with RegettaCanoe.

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau and selected international destinations.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Delivery usually takes approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination, courier and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, customs clearance charges and any other related charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order.

Due to hygiene considerations and to ensure product quality, returns and exchanges are generally accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Any request for a return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item and provide your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product or the issue.
